Refund policy
Thank you for supporting Romantasy Games.
We aim for our products to be of the highest quality, and that you are completely satisfied when receiving your beautiful orders.
We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.
Refunds will be considered for faulty or damaged items, or incorrect items only.
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device display will be accurate, therefore issues with appearance after purchase are considered change of mind and are not acceptable for return or exchange.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Send through your order details, valid reason for your return and photos of damage/fault etc and we will do everything we can to assist you.
To be eligible for a return, your order:
- Must be faulty, damaged or contain the incorrect items
- Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Must be in the original packaging / condition and any individual items unopened
- Must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Have been received less than 14 calendar days prior to contacting us
Please note: you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
